I cracked the Plexiglas on the edge while cutting with a Dremel abrasive
disc for my KR-2. A touch drop of Acetone at the edge welded the crack
shut. No further problems.
Be sure to polish the entire cut edge smooth so you don't have any stress
risers to propagate when you get vibrations in flight.
