Every airplane has it "quirks".. My 39 Luscombe will just "quit flying" if
I pull the throttle back on short final and will drop like a rock. I've
had 2 other light sports that you couldn't pull the throttle on because
they were really light and had no inertia to keep it flying. My Monnett
Moni motorglider is flown my moving your fingertips; not a plane for what
I call a "ham handed" pilot. All you have to do in it is think about what
you want it to do..

I've enjoyed several flights in Zenair aircraft. Their stol airplane is a
blast to fly; point it almost straight down on short final and pull up
right off the ground and you've arrived..

Know all the flight characteristics of any plane before flying one and they
will all be more fun to fly..

Just my .02.
