From the pictures is sure seems that the MOFOCO heads have more fins towards the top of the head.
On first guess, If the central flashing is removed to get cooling airflow through the head, it I would imagine the MOFOCO heads could be at least as “cool” as the Panchito heads. However, I imagine there may be a lot more to cooling than just fins. Combustion and “flow” dynamics probably have a large effect on heat transfer. I would love to see a side by side comparison - and I’m guessing this is something pretty important to us.
