My view

Perhaps a bit more complex than just wind under the wing.

Also, lifted tail too early, insufficient airflow over tail fin and rudder
to counteract the crosswind, exceeded cross wind limit, no rudder seems to
have been applied in attempt to keep straight to counter, wheelbarrow into
wind was inevitable. Unfortunately, a classic tail dragger incident.

1. Don't exceed crosswind limit.
2. Full into wind aileron and opposite rudder as needed to keep
straight at low speed.
3. Keep tail wheel down on ground until adequate airspeed to give
rudder authority.
4. Use rudder to counter swing into wind as tail is lifted.
5. More time needed on tail draggers perhaps.

Wind was gusting to 44 MPH. Because his landing gear had such high ability
to compress, he couldn't keep his upwind wing low. Reminder of how
important it is to not let the wind get under the upwind wing when taking
off or landing in strong crosswinds.
