My experience is DO not lube the nose wheel nylon washer. ( makes the shimmy much worse). I found since I removed the spring, so the caster wheel will rotate 180 d so I can push it backwards to park, It needs that nut to be very tight, in fact it seems too tight by hand, but it needs to be. 735 hours and still loving it.
