I momentarily saw an email posted asking about the prop for an O-200, then the
email evaporated off my system.  But if I remember correctly, the post said
Sensinich was recommending a 60D x 70P prop, and the poster suggested that may
be a bit too much pitch.

Keep in mind, that the same diameter and pitch by a different manufacturer
isn't always going to be the same, but FWIW, using a Prince P-tip prop, mine is
62D x 66P.  That was just about perfect for my KR when I was based at 7200'
MSL.  Now that I live at a much lower altitude (720'), it's not enough prop for
my O-200*.  Straight and level full throttle operation at 3000' MSL turns 2800
rpm at 158 kts(and burns lots of gas!)   The diameter of the prop helps with
acceleration from a stop, so will help reduce take off roll.  If you can
accomodate more prop length, I would recommend it.  However, I do have longer
gear legs and full size 5:00x5 tires, so I have more ground clearance than most
KRs.  If I was going to buy another prop, I would probably buy a 66d x 68p prop.

* Note: My O-200 does have 8.5:1 pistons, so is likely making about 5 hp more
than a stock O-200.  I also found that building tuned length headers gave the
engine a significant increase in performance, as did a number of aerodynamic
improvements I've done to reduce drag over the last 20+ years.

For a KR with a stock O-200, standard 2 into 1 exhaust logs, shorter gear legs,
and not a lot of extra effort put into drag reduction, I would guess a 60D x
either 66 or 68 Pitch would probably be more appropriate, depending on what
rpms you want to turn.  A 60 x 70 would work OK, but probably wouldn't be my
first choice for that configuration.  Your mileage may vary. :o)
