If you're building a KR you already know that something that looks like you can do in 2 days, takes 2weeks. My day started of early with preliminarily mounting the axles with the alignment wedges, Put the wheels and tires on and rolled her out to check alignment. The tires are true vertical to the 90* on my digital level and I ended up with 1 inch toe in at 8 feet. I can live with that. Back inside, jacking up one side at a time and replacing all temporary axle bolts with new ones, Packing wheel bearings and installing on plane one last time. Started on the calipers only to find out that they bind up when tightening the slider pins. So now I'm stopped until Monday when I can call Matco. I think I'll go back tomorrow to start building new brackets for the wheel paints. In short, something that should have taken 2 days is gonna take two weeks.
