I have been working on an aluminum bracket off and on for three days. You
would think that since I have already built a KR that I would not make
these mistakes. You see I am trying to make this plane as light as possible
therefore I drilled several lightening holes in the bracket only to save a
couple of ounces prior to the final grinding of the edges of the bracket.
Well the vibration from the grinding cracked the aluminum between two
holes. And of course the location has to be a critical one which deems this
part scrap. I hate making parts twice. :-)
