Thanks Larry. Both my wife and I have 'job insecurity' or we would have moved to a house with a basement and a garage by now. We should know more on that by summer. Since our lot is small and configured so it would be hard to put a decent workshop, alternative possibility getting an old RV or cargo trailer to make into a crampt but close workshop. God willing and if health stays decent, will get there!
