Larry is right about flying in precip with a wooden prop. That is something you 
need to avoid.  About hard IFR. I have flown many ILS approaches down to 
minimums in Cessna 172.  We'll see about my KR. With all the established 
modifications there are and I have Incorporated in my plane. Will see if this 
beast has been tamed down.  Like I said, I am holding off on buying the 
expensive stuff until I have seeing how it flies.
