Robert, first I have to tell you how happy i am for you, that you returned save to earth.
We did after a few of this discusions in the past a mod at the ballance arm. http://www.masttotaalconcept.nl/kr2/styled-25/index.html At the 4th picture from the bothem you see the arm. Instead of a backup plate ( for the original bracket) we installed an extra alluminium 7075t6 bracket on the front side of the aileron spar, riveted this one to the orginal barcket. And picket up one hole from the lead blok. https://youtu.be/WqF2aqURnF0 To ballance we removed the piano hinge pin and put a safety wire in it. This way the aileron moves very easy and smooth. Installed the wing and removed that much weight till it is in ballance. Hoop this gaves some good ideas.
