KR community,
Very sad news to hear of the unexpected passing of Marty Roberts. Marty was / is an icon in the KR community since before I met him in 1990 at the KR Gathering. Marty helped to pioneer some to the upgrades in the KR design that we take for granted today like the fixed gear and the 0-200 engine. He was also a resource for other early supporters of the design like Dan Diehl and Steve Bennett. I'll not soon forget Marty's constant smile, his love for aviation, and his willingness to help others whenever he could. Our condolences to the family on behalf of the KR community.
