Hi Larry, I am not scared of a taildragger, but I think it has both it's advantages as well as disadvantages. So many newer builders are going for the nose-wheel version lately. That's why I am asking for opinions. I saw a video of Mark nearly standing up in the cockpit to see where he was taxying. Don't think I'll like that at all.
Anyway, I think I have made up my mind to change it to a nose-wheel version. I am still at the stage where this can be changed with ease. Thank you for all the feedback. A tail dragger, if set up correctly, is not difficult to fly. You might get some time in a tail dragger and see what your comfort level is. After a few hours in a tail dragger you may find it a non-issue.
