If you were only trying to salvage the WAFs and sacrifice the spars and bolts, you could try heating the bolts. If they are epoxied in place with T-88 (which I don't know for a fact, and you probably don't either), the shear strength of T-88 drops by half when it is heated from 67F to 150F, and drops by 60% when heated to 180F. Sitka spruce will take about 40 minutes at 350F before it will ignite, but will begin to char at about 250F so it would be a dicey operation to try heating just the ends of the bolts, one at a time and with shielding of the wood around them, hot enough to soften the epoxy without charring the wood to give you a good sharp shot on the end of the bolt to break it loose, but it's probably not worth the risk of damaging the wood.
