Just make them. They are 1/4" polyurethane foam with a lay up of tooling
glass vacuum bagged on either side.

Subject: KR> Diehl ribs
I have a set o Diehl wing skins but since I am having to remove the bad spars
that are in them(just fastened to one side) I need to get new ribs as well.
What are acceptable practice? Should I be contacting NvAero and try to buy just
the rib sheet or can I make them out of something else?
