I actually find a web site to be a bad option. If you are involved with multiple groups like I am, you would then be forced to go to dozens of different web sites just to keep up with the info, and that is a huge amount of extra work.
Currently most everything is directly sent to my email, where I can access it all in one convenient space, have automatic filtering and save anything I might want for later without the worry that the web site will just "go away" someday and everything is lost.
