I borrowed this discussion from the SuperCub forum. One of the guys put in a link to these new Lithium Iron batteries. <http://earthxmotorsports.com/our-batteries/>. While they are a bit pricy, what really grabbed me was the weight. When I looked up the battery that would replace the 10+ lb lead acid motorcycle battery I currently use in my KR, the battery weighs a whopping 2.4lb. Wow! Now that's a significant weight savings. And at $249 it will also lighten your wallet for even more weight savings!
