Bob,

It would be a boon to you to check out something called dynamic dns.
(Something like $10 a year..)  Or one of the hilariously cheap real hosting
platforms.  ($40 a year or so...)  I used to host things for myself, but
it's nice to be able to point fingers when necessary.
