Dan, In your travels to Mt. Vernon. I wonder if you are coming near Lexington or Louisville KY. If you are I would surely meet you and travel with you. I would even drive my car from here. I have a mini van for space or a convertible for fun or even a few more options. These last few months I have gotten myself wrapped up in the sports car project for my son and we had our first SCCA reace just a week ago. We lost but had a ton of fun loosing. The down side to that and business work has not allowed me the time to dedicate to my KR. However, it would take very little to get it ready. Oil change, spark plugs and new fuel filter and thats about it. I have been trying to find the motivation and excuse to get out of work for a few days and if I had someone to go with me to the gathering it would certainly put the motivation into it. I see you already booked a room but I would also offer my littel pop up camper for the benefit of onsite accomodations. I pull it with my mini van and it has heat and AC. Let me know your thoughts.
