>From today's Denver Post. ----- An experimental, home-built airplane crashed as it was attempting to land at Pueblo Memorial Airport around 9 a.m. Sunday, said Mark Lovin, airport director. George McHenry, 68, who owned the locally-based aircraft, died in the crash. He was the only person on board.
----- Many of you will remember George and his KR from the KR gathering a few years ago. George had just removed the O-235 from his KR and had mounted an O-320 and was planning to attend the Gathering. Please do me a personal favor and hold off on the speculation of the cause. I'll be sure to pass on more information when I learn. -Jeff Scott Los Alamos, NM
