Gathering attendees: I've spend most of today getting the details lined out for the Gathering. One item was the Gathering schedule that I've included in this e-mail. I'm counting on several people like Mark Langford, Jeff Scott, Steve Bennett, Sid wood, and others to lead these forums. In order to get all the information sharing times scheduled I've scheduled an early Friday evening time slot. One forum I don't have covered is the "technology in the cockpit" forum. This will probably be more of an audience participation in sharing the technology they are personally using than a single person showering us with information. If you have something to share with the group, please bring the hardware / equipment / software, etc. you plan to show or demonstrate and , like any good student, I expect you to bring your own note paper and pens. I've tried to schedule the time so everyone has all the time they want to see and touch all the KR's that fly in and not spend all their time in forums. If anyone has additional demonstrations they would like to share, like tire changing, please bring all the props you need and we will set up a time and place. Also, bring any items you have to sell and we'll have an area set up for that purpose.
I think I'm coming down the home stretch on the planning part. Now all I have to do is get several more loads of "stuff" and my KR to Mt.Vernon. All the folks at Mt.Vernon are looking forward to our arrival. How many more days?????
