The EAA video worked for me. I'll agree with everything they said/demonstrated; 
especially using the talcum powder and using a small amount of air to get the 
tube to conform to the shape of the tire. Note that "Baby Powder" is NOT talcum 
powder, but cornstarch; and it will make a gooey mess inside the tire if 
(when!) it gets wet. Again, as they demonstrated, the two half's of the wheel 
should slide together easily with a "clink" when the seams mate. A piece of 
cardboard or plastic is just another chafe point inside the wheel.
