The Gathering made the local Mt.Vernon paper. http://register-news.com/local/x2056647760/KR-fly-in-to-be-held I spent the day in Mt.Vernon meeting with Chris Collins (airport manager) and Donnie Wilkie (restaurant owner) making final arrangements for the Gathering. The weather kept me from making the trip by KR so I loaded the first 4 or 5 boxes of "stuff" in my truck and hauled it to Mt.Vernon. One or two more truck trips and I'm ready to fly the KR north for the big event !!!!! I hope to update the Gathering schedule at www.krgathering.org in the next day or two. Stay tuned. How many days????????????
