Hi Peter Mine has a springloaded pin on both sides on the longeron that sticks into the canopy frame. The two pin ends are connected to each other with a thin cable behind the seats. In the middle between the seats is a handle that can pull this cable to open the canopy. This handle is also connected to a 2nd cable that runs around a small pulley to a handle that goes through the side panel just below the longeron to open from the outside. .....What I was wanting to know was what kind of catches do people use to keep the canopy closed. I really want ones that can be operated from both inside and outside. Any ideas anyone? Peter Drake UK
