Also if it's chipping, you could scrape it off but be very careful, don't
dig just scrape, I got alot of this horrible chippy paint off my project
that way. Sometimes as I was sanding it would start chipping off and I stop
sanding to chip again. I don't know what kind of paint it was, I suspect
somehting not very flexible.
