I need some clarification on cutting the ailerons out of the diehl wing skins.
   1. The diehl instructions on fig 5 shows the aileron hinge support in wing
to be 90 deg to the bottom surface of the wing. This differs from my
original KR2 plans (1974) where they were cut 90 deg from the top surface
of the wing. Also when you layout the cut line for the aileron is it
layed out on the top or bottom side of the wing?
   2. Step V: Aileron in the Diehl plans says place an 8-32 bolt every 6" on
the piano hinge and stagger for head clearance. I dont know of a 8-32
hex head AN bolt. Also it says a washer and nut are placed on the back
side. (what holds the washer and nut in place when glueing in the spar?)
   3. Is there a revised drawing of the aileron bracket (the one that bolts on
to the aileron itself) or if i use my original bracket will the geometry
work out for my linkage to the aileron belcrank on my wing stub?

Thank you in advance with any help you can offer. Feel free to call if you
think it would be easier. 417-576-1386
