After much reading, visiting and asking questions I have decided to go ahead and start a KR-2S. I called and ordered the 5/8 x 5/8 capstrip to get started on the boat. I'll craft a work table this weekend and hopefully be staring at a stack of spruce in a couple weeks. Special thanks to Stephen Teate of Paradise, TX for spending a couple hours with me while I asked about 200 questions about his great looking project. He's a bit taller than me, so there is hope! Thanks also to everyone who answered my newbie questions along the way. Well, I thank all of you now... we'll see if I feel the same way in a year :-) Just kidding. I've read every word of Mark Langford's sight and just about everything on the KRNet site. I may start another builder page. I do have a web address, just need to fugure out the best way to use it.
