cabin area is 36". Canopy is 40". ------------- I used a Zenith Canopy and cut it down to the size I wanted, (small cuts) then just pushed it into the shape I wanted, very flexible, and did not affect the optics.
Get someone to hold it in place while you sit in the KR, push the shape around and see for yourself.
