I flew about 3.2 hours yesterday in clear cold skys form NE TN to SW TN. I use VFR flight following on long XC's and was kinda amused when the controler would say maintain VFR. I know they are required to say that but I was thinking I couldn't go IFR if I wanted to. Jack Cooper Chuckey TN.
