1) It looks to me like it is a HAPI engine conversion. Most likely an 1835cc. Stock 69mm crank with 92mm bore. 2) Learn to hand prop. You will save weight not having a starter. The plane flies better if it's light weight. 3) Polyester/vinyl ester is not compatible with epoxy. Use epoxy resin to make any repairs. I don't know where you get this 'polyurethane' stuff. 4) I would get rid of those seats and put the KR sling seats in for starters. Then see where your knees are in relation to the cross member.
