I also bought one. I have a limited flight range I use it in but have
found it to be very handy for VFR use and easier to read the larger
screen than my hand held/dash top GPS car units. The sectional
background makes for a familiar and useful. My next worry with it will
be the feds charges for digital format maps and how that will change
my subscription cost. I would also recommend it. You can search for
EFB's and look at the price and the bells and whistles and I thought
this unit was a good value for the cost. Good luck and safe skys.
