He has to get the plans from Rand, it takes awhile, meantime he is slow to respond. I just received my plans in Dec., I ordered them in Sept. He never responded to voicemail left at the 800#, or to messages sent from the Navarro website. He did respond to his personal email. Good luck, Be patient, it was worth the wait.
