There were NO KRs at Copperstate this year. I flew my newly finished SuperCub Replica rather than the KR and Lee VanDyke's KR is still in pieces. However, a few KR builders did stop by to chat in the shade under the Cub wing, and I really did enjoy getting to see you guys and talk KRs. The turn out at Copperstate was good. I saw Lee leaving Copperstate in the nose of the B-25, so I know he was a happy camper. My SuperCub was awarded Best Custom Built Replica, which was quite an honor for me.
-Jeff Scott Los Alamos, NM No KR's........Yes a real shame, but there is one at that airport that will be ready to fly shortly, and I have started on mine. I'm going to build a mold to make stub wing skins. To buy will cost way too much. Thank you for the idea on the mold Jeff. Congrats again on the Blue ribbon. B-25 awesome. I will post the videos on you tube and send you the link. Lee Van Dyke
