All As a buyer of a pre-built boat stage KR2S I have thought about these things too. But I have taken the path of mitigating the risk with whatever steps are needed (both plane and pilot)before I fly it. I don't know what happened with the accident and the pilot may have done everything he felt he could to reduce the risk of failure to include using the Internet as a source of information. If he did then you can say it was just his time and we don't get to chose that time. If not, then he took a risk he did not need to take, but chose to take, and he lost. I hope to learn something from this tragedy and may Mr Berry RIP.
