An interesting idea, but (there's always a 'but') I'd be concerned  
with a reduction in the strength of the wing surface by the creation  
of any 'hole' large enough to be accessible.  To offset this might  
require a considerable increase in weight to reinforce the area.

If I might offer a couple of alternate ideas, how about either  
glassing up a removable pod that hangs below the bottom of the center  
wing or an belly mount luggage pod similar to the one for the Tornado

).

Neither of these will compromise the structural strength of the wing  
and will add only a negligible amount of weight for the mounting points.
