Ignoring wind considerations 3 pointing is the slowest you can land a tail dragger. If you try to land at a higher angle of attack then you can fly slower possibly by as much as 5mph, it's what happens next that is interesting :( Tail wheel touches and AOT decreases sharply, lift decreases and the wing stalls. You drop from a foot or so like a sack of spuds. Depending on your u/c springs, various things can go wrong, including broken prop.
