KR> hanger and compression

Hey all,
I'm new and currently interested at buying a KR-2 and I was wondering 2 things. 
 The compressions are 58, 71, 73, 75 is this good?  Also, I will be moving to 
the New Orleans area, is there anybody in that area that could recommend a good 
airport to base it out of and any idea of the cost of renting a hanger in that 
area?  I tried looking online with little luck.
