  Your right Steve. This past year I built a set for my sons Cassutt. It was 
a breeze...but a it more expensive than foam/glass.  They are still in the 
shop so I will weigh them/it (single piece wing). We are contemplating a 
layer of glass for weather protection tho. I am not sure that the GP4 calls 
for a glass coat. The lateWhitman recomended the glass layer for ply wings 
as a protective measure. Didn't the Falco have tapered ply covered wings?
