Yep, it's a KR that was "damaged" in one of the hurricanes in Florida a few years ago, maybe even the same one that almost got Steve Makish's KR near Boca Raton. To me it's amazing that it was still there in any form after that kind of abuse. Those pictures were shown back then in a link sent to KRnet.
