So if its KR season do you need a license to bag one or are they considered Varmints and no limit?
I think there are 2 KR seasons in Wisconsin. One in the Spring and one in the Fall. Total is probably about 4 weeks when it isn't too hot or too cold and you can just fly trouble free.
