Which type of gear do you have installed?  I'm guessing you are 
getting close to the speed where the tail will be coming up.  When it 
is ready to happen it seems a 5 knot increase in speed is all it 
takes.  Try holding the brakes on a full power run up with stick 
fully back.  Slowly bring the stick forward through neutral and 
continue forward to see if the tail will come up.  Proceed VERY 
slowly as once the tail starts up, very little more forward stick is 
necessary.  If you have the CG correct and are using one of the 
common types of gear, like the Diehl setup, it will work out o.k.
