He's right about that...once I turn on my left "aux" wing tank, it'll start 
a siphon that doesn't quit until both tank levels are equalized, which is 
kind of convenient in my case.  Wicks sells a Facet pump called the 40171 
that has positive shutofff when the power is disonnected.  I just bought one 
last week for the 8 gallon outboard wing tank I'm building for my KR.  In 
that case I want better control over that particular tank.  My It's at

In other news, I can now report that vinylester resin sucks even more than I 
remembered.  I built my first tanks in my cool basement, but when you use 
that stuff in a 98 degree hangar, the pot life is measured in terms of a 
very few minutes.  Normal layup procedures have to go out the window, and 
new super-streamlined ones implemented.  I'm sure that's another reason 
vinylester is a favorite of manufacturers...
