Assuming I pass my check ride 1st out, and given a two week break to relax and catch my breath, i will begin rebuilding N1333A in about 6 weeks. I really don't like the noise produced by door gap leakage in a car, much less an airplane. I intend to rebuild the canopy and fuselage as car doors are done, with a routed gap to guide water away from the interior and an automotive door seal to keep me warm, dry and quieter. Any tips?
