Here's a post from the KRnet archive from Oct 23, 2007: "I got the 5" Alum. tube from "Hastings Pipe", Hastings NE, last spring for $114 delivered for (4) 5 ft lengths. The price is now higher because of the increase of aluminum and freight rates. You should be able to find the material closer at hand from a manufacturer of aluminum irrigation tubing."
I bought some last year, and it is 5000 series aluminnum. The website is http://www.hipco-ne.com/ . Even though we have all kinds of irrigation systems around, and you'd think somebody somewhere would have some damaged pieces you could cut a section out of, I was unable to turn up any. Anyway, I plan to install some simply baffles space with tubing, weld end caps and AN outlets on it, and install a 4 gallon wing tank in my right wing if I live long enough to find the time...
