YOU CAN'T GET TOO MUCH POWER OUT OF A VW FOR A KR2.  MINIMUM WOULD BE 
IN THE 75 HP RANGE IF YOU EVER INTEND TO CARRY A PASSENGER.  IF YOU 
DON'T INTEND TO CARRY A PASSENGER CONSIDER GOING THE KR1 ROUTE OR A 
NARROW KR2 BUILT AS A SINGLE PLACE.
