My particular situation is 145/150# left seat, 210# Right seat and I didn't notice any imbalance requiring a stick deflection. I have a header tank, I would think that if you had a fuel inbalance in wing tanks it would be noticeable.
Solo from the left seat it handles the same except it climbs faster and requires a little more up trim.
