Welcome back Orma.  Gosh, I was thinking your KR might be in the running for 
one of the oldest KRs.  Searching the databases on Landings.com, several KRs 
start showing up with manufacture dates starting in 1975.  However, based on 
the accompanying registration information, it's quite likely that many of those 
planes either no longer exist, or were never finished.

I was saddened to hear that Ol Blue was damaged.   I was just wondering which 
KR out there is the oldest still flying.   Mine is down with the engine out and 
needs a paint job.   Maybe this year it will become flight ready again, or 
maybe the auction block, who knows.
