KR> Looking for something special

Hello.  I'm brand new to this list.  A friend and I have purchased the KR2S 
plans and were getting ready to start building the airplane when I came across 
some photos and descriptions of the KR100 built in the mid '80s.  
 
Our goal is to build a single seat speedster for under $20k, and the KR2 seemed 
to be our best bet.  But the KR100 looks to be perfect.  Does anyone know if 
Kevin Kelly can be contacted?  Or does anyone know if the plans they made for 
the airplane can be accessed?
