I am sitting in the campground at Oshkosh, it is raining, started yesterday, according to weather.com the 10 day forecast is looking unfavorable. Wisconsin has been a little dry according to locals and the rain is a welcome site but for flyboys and the convention here in Oshkosh it may be a damper. This is my 31st year in a row at Oshkosh and I have seen rain come and go but I have never seen this much rain in the forecast. Just maybe the forecast will change. In years past during the convention there have been days when it rained all day long until time for the evening airshow, it would clear up long enough for the airshow then resume raining all evening. Many of us used to laugh and wonder just how much power Paul Poberezny had !! Maybe he still has it this year !! LOL Larry H.
