I was asked off-line what was the actual temperature for the hair dryer at the high setting that I was using. Plexiglas will start to deform at around 300 degrees F. Today I used two different kitchen thermometers at the hair dryer nozzle and probed around to find the peak temperature of 210 degrees F about 1/2-inch from the nozzle. The air temperatures varied somewhat, but the average seemed to be about 200 degrees F. So that's my story... Your results may vary.
